Delivery Policy

Most orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched that day for delivery next working day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. Please call us if you have an urgent request. European Orders may take longer but you will be sent a tracking number on dispatch of goods to keep you informed.

Free shipping on most orders over £25. There is no minimum order value on products normally stocked in our warehouse. Once the order has shipped, a copy of the invoice will be sent to the email address provided on the order as well as the email address listed on the billing account (if applicable). As a registered user, you can retrieve a copy of your invoices at any time in your order history.
